Uniquely, this wholegrain spelt is milled very finely in a old-fashioned stone mill, according to tradition, on the premises then baked fresh the same day.
*Quark cheese is a German fresh cheese similar to cottage cheese. It has no added salt.
How to store it: ideally in a wooden or clay box, but a metal or plastic box will do.
