Organic Sour-sweet rye bread with 30% seeds
Cooked in a stone oven with wood fire, then cooled down in a closed wooden cupboard for 6 hours minimum so the bread keeps its full aroma and humidity.
Made with whole grain rye flour, rye sourdough, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseed and rye malt.
How to store it: ideally in a wooden or clay box, but a metal or plastic box will do
