This wholegrain bread is particularly appreciated by children as, unlike most wholegrain breads, the flour is extra thinly milled in an old-fashioned stone mill, and this makes the crumb very soft and the bread easier for children to chew. Adults like it too.
The bread is made with wholemeal wheat, wholemeal rye sourdough, sea salt and yeast. The flour is milled on the premises then baked fresh the same day.
How to store it: ideally in a wooden or clay box, but a metal or plastic box will do.
